Not included

 

  • Final Cleaning  € 150 max 2 persons / € 200,- with 3 or more persons per stay

  • Additional Linnen change on request during a longer stay Euro 95 per change
  • Usage of the airconditioning (additional deposit of Euro 150 per week, only will be used if you will use more than the included energy for a week)

 

A deposit of € 300,- is requested at reservation and will be refunded after approval by the house manager

 

Prices based on a maximum of eight persons (two double beds, two double bunk beds).

 

Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed.

 

Cancellations

 

On cancellation we're obliged to charge a cancellation fee:

 

  • From reservation to up to and including the 43st day before original arrival date: 30%
  • 42st to 29th day before original arrival date: 60%
  • 28th to last day before original arrival date: 90%
  • On original arrival date: 100% (the entire reservation price)
